This 48 year old female disliked the smaller appearance of her breasts. She also wanted to improve the appearance of her abdomen and thighs. She was treated with a breast augmentation using a 310 cc smooth round silicone implant. She also had tumescent liposuction of the upper and lower abdomen, and inner and outer thighs.
