This patient had major weight loss after a gastric bypass operation. She was left with a lot of excess skin of the upper arms that she called “bat wings.” This Seattle patient wanted to feel more confident wearing short sleeves, and she desired a better contour to her arms. The results allowed her to more easily fit into clothing, and she felt much less self-conscious about her arms afterwards.
