This 39 year old woman underwent breast augmentation with large implants that were placed above the muscle by an outside clinic. As the years passed, she developed progressive breast sagging and asymmetry, which is a common problem for patient that receive subglandular breast implants. We removed and replaced her implants for slightly smaller smooth round silicone implants and placed the new implants in the submuscular position. A breast lift was then performed in order to restore her breast symmetry.  Our board certified plastic surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery in Seattle performed her procedure. She is delighted with her post-op results just 5 months after surgery.
