This 30 year old female presented with severe breast asymmetry and breast sagging. She was treated with a 300 cc smooth round silicone implant in the submuscular position and a breast lift procedure was also performed. Her post op result shows correction of breast asymmetry and a balanced and lifted appearance. She was treated by the plastic surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery.
