This 55 year old woman had saline implants placed many years ago in another clinic. Both implants deflated several years ago and she also developed capsular contracture around the left implant. She was treated with bilateral implant replacement with submuscular silicone implants and a complete capsulectomy on the left side. The result is a much softer and fuller look than she had before and she is delighted with the results!
