This 40 year old mother desired improvement of her deflated breast volume and the rounded appearance of her abdomen. She had severe abdominal wall laxity from past pregnancies, and at the time of surgery, was noted to have a very wide rectus diastatis. She was treated with a breast augmentation using a smooth, round silicone implant in the submuscular position. She was also treated with a tummy tuck that included reconstruction of flat abdominal wall and some liposuction of the waist and hips. She is delighted with her new look.
