This young woman had an undesirable dorsal hump and drooping nasal tip. She was treated with an open rhinoplasty, dorsal hump reduction and provision of additional nasal tip support. Her rhinoplasty incision is well concealed. Surgery and post operative care was performed in our Seattle based plastic surgery practice. This cosmetic nose surgery substantially improved her profile, yet retained the characteristics of her nose that were important to her.
