This 27 year old female disliked the severe breast sagging, lack of breast volume and asymmetry of her breasts. She was treated with a simultaneous breast lift (mastopexy) and augmentation using a 500 cc smooth, round silicone implant in the submuscular position. A small amount of breast tissue was removed from each side to improve symmetry and shape. Her post op result is depicted 10 months after her surgery with Sound Plastic Surgery.
