This 29 year old woman desired breast augmentation to complement her youthful and fit figure. She chose a 421 cc smooth round silicone implant for her breast augmentation. This was placed in the submuscular position via an infra-mammary approach. Her post operative photos were taken three months after surgery in our Seattle plastic surgery practice.
