This patient had major weight loss after bariatric surgery. She was displeased with the severe breast ptosis (sagginess) that resulted. She also desired a restoration of her lost breast volume, but she did not want breast implants. One of our board certified plastic surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery in Seattle performed a breast lift for her in conjunction with a “total breast parenchymal reshaping” technique whereby the patient’s own tissue was used to augment her breast size.
