This 28 year old woman desired a reduction in the sagging appearance of her breasts, and more breast volume and projection. She was treated with a breast lift and reduction, in addition to a breast augmentation using a 300 cc Motiva implant in the submuscular plane. The implant’s purpose is to improve upper breast pole volume and shaping. The breast reduction part of the procedure eliminated the sagging appearance of her breasts.
