This young woman desired improved the shaping and volume of her breast. She was not adverse to an ‘augmented’ post operative look. She was treated with a 445 cc smooth, round silicone implant in the submuscular position via an infra-mammary incision. Her surgical scar is well concealed within the infra-mammary fold. Post op photos were taken three months after surgery.
