This 24 year old female desired a natural appearing breast augmentation. One of our double board certified plastic surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery, located in Seattle, placed 304 cc moderate profile silicone implants under the muscle in the “dual plane” position via an infra-mammary incision. Her post operative breast photos were taken three months after her operation.
