This 29 year old woman desired a breast augmentation to complement her youthful figure and create some upper breast pole fullness. She chose a 457 cc smooth round silicone implant in the submuscular position via an infra-mammary incision. The post-operative scar position is well concealed within the fold of her augmented breast. Her post operative photos were taken three months after her cosmetic surgery by one of our board certified Seattle plastic surgeons.
