This young woman disliked the shape and small volume of her breasts. She has some differences between her breasts, with a lower nipple and areolar position on the left side compared to the right. There are also some differences in the position of her infra-mammary folds. She was treated with a 421 cc smooth round implant in the sub muscular dual plane position via an infra-mammary incision. Her post operative photos were taken three months after surgery.
