This 35 year old female was treated with a smooth, round 471 cc Allergan silicone implant placed in the submuscular position via an infra-mammary incision. The surgical scar is well concealed in the infra-mammary fold. Her breast shape has improved substantially with increased length of the lower pole of each breast and a rounder breast shape.
