This 40 year old mother desired improvement of her deflated breast volume. She was treated with a breast augmentation using a smooth, round silicone implant in the submuscular position using an infra-mammary incision. We prefer this surgical approach becuase the surgical scar is concealed within the natural fold beneath the breast and is not visible. The patient also had a tummy tuck procedure done at the time of her breast augmentation. She is delighted with her new look.
