This 21 year old female wanted improved breast volume and shaping. She had mild breast asymmetry, with her left nipple/areolar complex a bit lower than her right side. A breast augmentation is not capable of changing the nipple position, so her nipple asymmetry persists after surgery. We used a 445 cc smooth, round silicone implant in the submuscular position via a well concealed infra-mammary incision. She is delighted with her new look!
