This patient had two seperate cosmetic breast problems. On her right side, she had severe capsular contracture around a silicone breast implant placed many years ago. On her left side, she had substantial breast sagging over her implant. One of our board certified plastic surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery removed the implants from both sides, performed a breast lift on her left side, and performed fat grafting to the breasts to enhance breast volume on both sides.
