This woman disliked the hardened and displaced appearance of her right breast implant, which was placed by another surgeon several years ago. She was treated with a capsulectomy (removal of the hardened scar tissue surrounding the breast implant) procedure on both sides and replacement with larger silicone implants to improve her breast cleavage. This surgical breast implant revision resulted in a softer breast shape. The cosmetic breast procedure was completed by one of our board certified plastic surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery in Seattle.
