This patient had a breast augmentation with a sub-muscular implant many years ago with another clinic. She presented with ‘bottoming-out’ of her left implant and excessive lateralization of both implants when she was in the supine position. One of our board certified plastic surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery removed the implants from both sides, constructed Strattice internal bras to support the implants and replaced new implants of similar size. She is delighted with her more balanced look.
