This 24 year old female underwent a breast reduction at Sound Plastic Surgery. She loves her results! A breast lift is included with a breast reduction, and this case illustrates that point very nicely. In the before photos her nipples are low on the breasts and are closer to her navel. Over 1 lb of breast tissue was removed. This resolved her neck, shoulder, and upper back pain!  Also, the operation gave her a much more youthful look to complement her petite figure.

As with all of their breast reductions, Dr. Cooper and Dr. Sattler use a superio-medial pedicle to provide a nicely shaped breast. Remember: what happens under the skin in a breast reduction operation is just as important as what happens with the skin! Additionally, this technique allows removal of all of the heavy breast tissue located in the lower portion of the breast. These photos were taken 11 months after her operation.
