This 25 year old female underwent a breast reduction at Sound Plastic Surgery. This patient disliked the heavy appearance of her breasts. She also suffered from neck and shoulder pain. 

Her breast reduction was done using a superior-medial pedicle and Wise pattern technique which Drs. Cooper and Dr. Sattler have developed over many hundreds of patients. This procedure produces nicely shaped breast that is much lighter.  These photos were taken three months after her operation, and by one year these scars will fade considerably and appear as faint white lines.
