This 60 year old woman disliked the tired and angry appearance of her eyes. She was treated with a lateral subcutaneous browlift, and upper eyelid lift and fat grafting to fill in the hollow appearance around her eyes. Her post operative photo was taken over two years since her surgery. This demonstrates the longevity of the fat grafting technique used in our clinic. It also shows the longevity of the simple browlift technique used for this patient.
