This 34 year old woman has previous breast augmentation using an over-filled 400 cc saline implant. She disliked the heavy appearance of her breasts and wanted a revision of her breast augmentation with a smaller implant. She also desired neck and body contouring,. She was treated with breast implant replacement using a smaller 295 cc silicone implant and tumescent liposuction of the neck, abdomen and waist.
