This 34-year-old female lost a substantial amount of weight through diet and exercise over the past year. She disliked the sagging appearance of her breasts and the loose skin on her abdomen. She received a mastopexy (breast lift) that used the sagging portion of her breast tissue to improve breast shape and projection. We refer to this mastopexy technique as an ‘auto augmentation’. She also had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). She is delighted with her new figure!
