This 27 year old desired larger and more shapely breasts. Additionally, she had a lot of asymmetry. Her left breast was much smaller than the right side, and her infra-mammary fold was much higher as well. One of our board certified plastic surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery in Seattle performed her breast augmentation. Two different sizes of implants were used, and her infra-mammary fold was also lowered to help achieve more symmetry. The silicone implants were placed under the muscle in the “dual plane” position.
