This 22 year old female had severe breast asymmetry – she had a breast with ideal anatomic features on one side, and a breast with minimal volume, narrow breast footprint and a poorly infra-mammary fold on the other side. She was treated with silicone breast implants of different volumes and shapes to improve her breast symmetry. Each implant was placed beneath the muscle via an infra-mammary incision. She is pleased with her improved breast symmetry. Her post op photos were taken three months after surgery.
