This young woman desired improved shaping of her breast without unnatural appearing contours. She was treated with a 375 cc smooth, round silicone implant in the submuscular position via an infra-mammary incision. Her surgical scar is well concealed within the infra-mammary fold. Post op photos were taken five months after surgery.
