This 54 year old female underwent a breast reduction at Sound Plastic Surgery. She disliked the large size of her breasts. 1 lb of heavy breast tissue was removed. She loves her new breast shape and size! She also underwent liposuction of the fat next to her armpit (“pre-axillary” fat). 

As with all of their breast reductions, Dr. Cooper and Dr. Sattler use a superio-medial pedicle to provide a nicely shaped breast. These photos were taken one year after her procedure.
