This 24 year old female had a breast augmentation using a 275 cc smooth round silicone implant in the dual-plane position and using an infra-mammary incision. The implant creates a sharper defined infra-mammary fold, within which the surgical scar is concealed. The placement of this surgical scar is crucial to an excellent post-op result such as this because the scar is not visible from any angle.
