Rhinoplasty

Being that our nose is front and center of our face, it plays an essential role in our physical appearance, as well as our breathing efficiency. Here at Sound Plastic Surgery, our goal for our rhinoplasty patients is to create visual harmony amongst the other facial features, and/or alleviate breathing impairments. Rhinoplasty is a functional operation that can correct anatomic features such as the dorsal hump, drooping/bulbous tip, widened/crooked nose, alar base flaring, and it can also correct septal deviation. In most cases, an “open rhinoplasty” approach will be considered, however, your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon will perfect your surgical plan with you based on your needs and aesthetic objective. From there, the procedure will take place in a certified surgery center while the patient is under anesthesia. The surgery can take up to a couple of hours, and the sutures and nasal splint are removed 5-7 days later. Although results are expected to vary for each individual, our Seattle area patients have given us top marks for their satisfaction and relief!
