This 34 year old female had rhinoplasty surgery at an outside clinic, and developed a 'pollybeak' deformity. This post-operative problem arises when the structures that support the nasal tip are not properly reassembled during rhinoplasty surgery. The result is a nasal tip that droops. Dr. Sattler revised this patient's rhinoplasty using an open rhinoplasty technique and used septal cartilage grafts to add support to the nasal tip. She is delighted with the post op result.
